Multiple Photos for our Kerry

Once again I have been overwhelmed by the kindness and support from everyone. This week it is the ‘Blog Hop’ organised by Liska (New Mum Online), thank you so much.

This has been the hardest post for me to do. I have tried to find some photos to put together for Kerry and this has brought back so many memories. It has also done me the power of good, in that a number of much needed tears have been shed. I have deliberated whether this should go ‘live’ as I know for many it will be too much. But as you all know Kerry wears her heart on her sleeve or on her ‘blog’.The song choice was easy. It was my only chance of ever getting Elvis on her site. It was also the song I sent to her once in a moment of sickening romance. ‘Somethings are meant to be’…… I know we are meant to be; but this tragic situation was certainly, not ‘meant to be’.

Having multiple toddlers is tough! I know I have to keep up with them everyday so I’ve always tried to make my health a top priority. It’s hard to find time to workout as a mom, but if you start the habits while you’re still pregnant, they will carry over into your schedule after your little one is born. Of course you want to eat healthy for yourself and your growing baby, so check out this article on vitamins needed during pregnancy. You might find that you’re too tired in the 1st trimester to exercise, but you’ll want to start a pregnant fitness routine and make plans to transition into postpartum workouts at home after you’ve recovered from delivering. Besides, it gives you an excuse to go shopping for post pregnancy activewear clothes!

Please click on the link and join me in the prayer for Kerry.

The prayer is even more important as she has suffered further setbacks and had to be sent back to Addenbrooke’s on Friday evening. If you are not religious, just eat chocolate; she would relate to that!

Lovely. Kerry is often in my thoughts and always in my prayers. We had a very lovely day at the Chelsea Day Spa about a year ago and we giggled all morning long whilst looking at underwear!!!!

She even convinced me to NOT go for my usual red lipstick when we had our makeovers – NOBODY has ever done that!!!!

Big Love to you all xxx

What an amazing idea. The photo’s are lovely and it makes me so sad that these things happen to the ones you love. Personally, I think brain injuries are the most horrific things to happen to people. They come out of no where and flip your lives upside down. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you and have been from the very beginning. If I could give any advice, it would be to remember the things that make you laugh and smile, they pull you through the tears, but I am sure you are already doing that! It’s a heart wrenching thing to go through, but Kerry will come out fighting. It really is truly amazing how strong the human body is. Lots of love, Abi

Read them all to her, let her hear those words of support and prayers & may they boost her inner strength to fight this. I pray that such a lovely, bubbly lady like Kerry is back with her lovely family soon and the chocolates I made for a special occasion seemed fitting to eat tonight along with all the other lovely Mummies in the hope that together we can bring Kerry back home where she belongs. So incredibly beautiful, both Kerry & her love for her family. Thank you for reminding me to appreciate those close to me. Breaking the diet for a worthy cause & off to melt some dipping chocolate. Love to you all x
